Play. Learn. Restore.

Learning from the Living World
Climate Education for Children, Families, and Educators
At Biodiversity for a Livable Climate, we help children understand climate through the living world — soil, water, plants, animals, biodiversity, and the ecosystems that make life possible.
Our children’s resources are designed for young learners, families, educators, schools, and community programs. Through observation, play, creativity, and hands-on learning, children can explore how healthy ecosystems help cool the planet, hold water, restore soil, support life, and build climate resilience.

Bio4Climate’s children’s resources are designed to help young learners explore climate through biodiversity, play, observation, and hands-on discovery. This page connects families, educators, and community programs to two learning pathways: Soil to Sky, our biodiversity-centered climate curriculum for schools and learning spaces, and Cool Earth Club, a playful online space where children can explore climate and nature through games, activities, and creative challenges.
Together, these resources help children understand that climate is connected to soil, water, plants, animals, ecosystems, and the everyday living world around them.
